Обязанности
- Management, target setting, strategy and P&L responsibility of Service Labor business in Market Area
- Line management, target setting and strategy for Service Operations (FSE) in Market Area
- Contribute and provide service labor resources for Integrated Service Solutions complex multi BL-offering
- Provide resources for capital equipment deliveries in installation & commissioning phase
- Provide technical field service site support globally
- Support in lead generation and sales process
- Verify customer PO and plan local labor and execute locally
- Support warranty process and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) where applicable
- Initiate on-site verification of Installed Base where required
Требования
- Higher technical education, mining major as an advantage
- Work experience in mining, heavy equipment industry as Mechanical/Electrical Engineer – more than 5 years
- Experience in leadership role more than 3 years
- Experience in planning and scheduling service works and staffing
- Customer oriented, reliable, good organization and communication skills, a team leader
- At least Intermediate level of English (written/spoken)
- Experienced PC user
- Ready to travel up to 50% of working time
